She holds an Executive MBA in Strategy & Leadership from UNC Kenan-Flagler and is a certified Change Management Professional and Career Coach. Nicole serves on the Board of Directors for the McColl Center of Art & Innovation and is dedicated to building strong partnerships that catalyze change.
